"Really good food, wasn't too crowded for a Sunday for dinner. We got the Truffle tries and clam Chowder to start and for the main meal we got the Mac and cheese and the salmon. Everything was very good and I'd love to be back again"
"What a gem of a restaurant. Great views of water, terrific food I had French onion soup and a Haddock Ruben with home made potato chips, my friend had a Nauti* Burger with awesome sweet potato fries (really they were perfect) all in all a great place for a meal, and they give back to the local community which makes them such an asset to Belfast. Win/win in my book!"
"Friendly and helpful service, excellent food, very clean, and wheelchair accessible. There are a few vegetarian options available and I can recommend the salads. My husband has had the lobster roll, and the "Lazy Lobster" (served out of the shell in melted butter with a choice of sides) and said it was delicious. He loved it so much when we visited in July that he was determined to have the lobster again on this trip. There are two accessible parking spaces right in front of the entrance, I recommend getting there early during the summer in order to get a space. Reservations are a good idea in the summer! Highly recommended."
"I was in love with my lobster roll. Fried claims was OK because I’m not a big fan of fried stuff. Good and quick service ."
"Stopped here while driving along the coast based on a recommendation from a gallery owner in Camden who looked like a stereotypical New England sea captain with glorious beard and mustache. The food and service here are amazing. For appetizer we had mussels which tasted fabulous with an airy bread to dip in the garlic butter sauce and they brought more bread when we ran out. Entrees were fried clam dinner (huge, 8oz looked like 16 with massive clam bellies) and baked stuffed haddock with garlic snow peas. I had considered the haddock Reuben and they gave a small side of sauerkraut as an extra with the baked haddock so we could try the authentic sauerkraut from this area. It was all so good. She had a mimosa flight and I had a gin drink from their cocktail list, can’t recall the name but it had Chambord and was so good I ordered another. Everything about this place is magical including the waterfront views. We also watched a competitive rowing team go by while we ate. Just a fantastic experience all around. Without the tip from the gallery owner we would have blown right through this town and missed a great experience. Highly recommend to everyone coming through."
"The food is always delicious here. I generally have the lobster dinner with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Last year and this year the green beans were perfect. And the potatoes are incredible. Lobster cooked well and cracked a bit to help you get every lucious bite. It can get very busy but the waitress is always helpful and kind. They brought us the wrong soup and fixed it right away. And the view is really nice."
"We were so ready for lobster on our first night in Maine - we found it herd and it was delicious."
"Right near the docks, good quality restaurant. Good selection of dishes, both seafood and other at a reasonable price. Onion rings appetizer was a good sized portion, not greasy, with the onion nicely cooked. Seafood pie was served piping hot with a tasty crust. The filling was a little under seasoned but came alive with a bit of salt. The haddock was excellent and the sauce well made. Drinks and appetizer were a bit slow to served, we barely had time to finish the onion rings before the fish pie arrived. Staff were pleasant."
